One of the children’s favorites ‘The Hungry Caterpillar’, it’s part of our child care routine at Apple Blossoms Early Learning in Narre Warren.
The props were lovingly made by the children in room 3. The children are all enjoying helping our educator Olga in the telling of this wonderful story.

It’s one of the wonderful activities we provide for the toddlers, kinder kids in our care at Apple Blossoms Narre Warren.

At Apple Blossoms Early Learning we are passionate about the learning journey the children and Educators go on every day. Our education philosophy draws from the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approach in developing our own unique program for babies in Nursery, Toddlers, Pre-Kinder, and Kinder age.

Our Curriculum is grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework and with a strong focus on nature based environments. Children need to interact with their environment – it’s hard to do that with astro turf and plastic! We have 3 age groups:

• Nursery – for the youngest of our children;
• Toddler – for 2-3 years old; and
• Pre-Kinder & Kinder – for our 3-5 year olds.

Through Inquiry Based Learning our children learn alongside their educators by researching, questioning and discovering in sensory learning environments that we have specifically designed for each age group.

At Apple Blossoms we have created a culture where our educators are also constantly learning through research, training and professional development to be leaders in early childhood education.

We have created a centre where your kids want to go, where you feel they are safe, having fun and learning, all at the same time.
